Customer Service Director and Inside Sales

Hi! My name is Theda and I am the receptionist and bindery employee for Tradewinds Press. I started part time with them in June of 2005, and later was asked to make it full time and help in bindery, I obliged! This has been quite a change for my life and career. Being born and raised in Southern California and only knowing heat, rock, and roll, then being introduced to ice, snow, and tornados. I like it! My daughter came here and asked if I would be interested in making a life style change. I said, sure why not! I can do the snow thing! I made a total career change, after working 32 years as a licensed Field Representative in Branch 2 and 3 for Western Exterminator Company under the California Structural Pest Control Board. Now I have learned paper, cut sizes, impressions, etc. Quite a change from working in the field of insects, termites, and rodents. Who says you can’t teach a mature dog new tricks? Best part is I am still in customer service and I love people, they make me smile! I sometimes even make Lenny smile and laugh. I like it here!
